• We provide non-invasive X-Ray fluorescence (XRF) Technology with paint
tested in place without damage to the substrate surface. This is the survey
method preferred by HUD and OSHA as it is the “MOST COST EFFECTIVE”
method available.

children and untrained workers.

• We provide you with a floor plan with all lead-based paint locations labeled
for your convenience. Low cost waste disposal and hazard control solutions
provided as part of your report.

• Call us before you buy a home! Lead is often only found  on some parts of
the house. Older homes MAY NOT HAVE any lead-based paint at all, if so we
give you a “lead free” certificate to follow the deed.
