Food Safety Training / Consultation
Q Who must be Servsafe certified? A Calif. Uniform Retail Food Facility Law (CURFFL) requires that each food facility employ at least one certified worker.
Q If the trained worker quits? A A new worker must train, and every three years the training must be repeated, as regulations change.
Q What if we want ASES to train all of our kitchen staff? A If you want that we will: • Give you a discount • Provide you with a free unofficial inspection to ensure that you have a high score when the Health Inspector comes around • We will also provide the training at your facility at a time that is convenient for you.
Q What other services do you provide? A • We can help you open a new facility • We can provide the drawing that the Health Department needs • We review the plans to ensure that all of the Health Codes are met • We will submit all required forms and plans to the Health Department for you, so you can concentrate on the restaurant business
